Chicken Machbous Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 cup of whole flour
- 3 cup milk
- 5 whole egg
- 150 gm butter
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- ½ a tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of cardamom
- 5 grams of saffron
- 50 grams of honey
- Black and white sesame seeds
How to prepare:
- In a bowl add and mix together 5 whole eggs, 1 tablespoon spoon of sugar, ½ a tablespoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of cardamom and 5 grams of saffron.
- Next add 150 grams of butter, 3 cups of milk and 3 cups of whole flour.
- Mix all ingredients together and make sure to divide the batter among 10 equal parts to create the crepes.
- Cook the crepes on medium heat for around 1-2 minutes on each side.
Once the crepes have been completed slice 1 crepe into triangles drizzle some honey and garnish with some saffron and black and white sesame seeds.
